Can I add/list my own products? Is there any limit?
Yes, you can list unlimited products in Diamond plans.
Can I sell on other marketplaces?
Yes, you can sell on any b2c marketplaces you want, we provide dropshipping services irrespective of the platforms you get a sale from. You have to get registered in other marketplaces to sell there. Before selecting a marketplace, ensure that they allow a Seller Shipment option.
What documents do I need to submit?
Pan Card OR GST Number(if available).
Do I need GST number to start?
Not Required. You can either provide us GST Number or PAN Card Number to start using our services.
What is the next step after the subscription?
After paying the subscription fees, you'll get a mail from us which will require you to fill certain details and after which we'll start your process.
What is a Payment Gateway (PG) and it's approvals?
Payment Gateways (PG) are 3rd party companies that helps you in collecting payments from your customers via multiple payment options. You need to create an account with your preferred payment gateway companies and once their approval is done, we'll integrate it for you. Make sure to get PG that has a readymade plugin or some easier integration options.
Do I need Payment Gateway account mandatorily or can I take 100% COD Orders?
You can collect all order payments with the 100% COD option in case your Payment Gateway account is delayed or not approved, as most customers anyway prefer COD orders.
